Booking Conditions

We would like to inform you about our booking conditions.

Booking is free of charge.

Reserved rooms are available to the guest  starting at 12:00 p.m. on the agreed arrival date. The guest does not have the right to earlier availability. In case of earlier arrival the guest is obliged  to pay an extra charge according to the following conditions:

• Early arrival before 06:00 a.m. on the agreed arrival date  the hotel may charge as 100 percent of the accommodation rate (according to your booking confirmation)
• Early arrival between  06:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on the agreed arrival date  the hotel may charge as 50 percent of the accommodation rate (according to your booking confirmation)

Rooms must be vacated and made available to the hotel no later than 12:00 noon on the agreed departure date. After that time, on the grounds of the delayed vacating of the room for use exceeding the accorded  time, the hotel may charge you an extra payment as follows:

• for the additional use of the room until 06:00 p.m. – hourly pay for the number of extra hours (according to your accommodation rate)
• for the additional use of the room after 06:00p.m. up to 12:00a.m. - 50 percent of the accommodation rate (according to your booking confirmation)
• For the additional use of the room for more than 12 hours after check-out  time the hotel may charge 100 percent of the accommodation rate

In case of your factual staying less than 24 hours the charge is 100 percent of the accommodation  rate.

The room rate includes:

• tea-coffee-still water set in the room,
• Lavish Buffet Breakfast,
• use of lounge area that offers tea and coffee with light cookies and chocolate,
• WI FI Internet,
• use of ironing room
• parking space

Renomme welcomes guests of all ages and our offer  for kids is making travelling with children even more enjoyable for the whole family. A variety of amenities and services await younger guests:

• Welcome gift for children up to 12 years
• Complimentary children toiletries
• Destination information with family-orientated activities
• Children up to 7 years may share their parent’s room at no extra charge
• Baby cot on demand at no extra charge
• Children between 7 and 12 years benefit from a discount charge on the extra bed  - 300rub per night
• Breakfast is complimentary for children under 7years
• Breakfast  for children from 7-12 years is included in the room rate.

Children older than 12 years are charged like adults.

An extra folding bed in a room – 500rub per night (only in Junior Suite and Suite)

Hotel “Renomme” offers transfer services:

• Transfer airport – hotel  800rub, hotel  - airport  700rub
• Transfer Railway station – hotel 550rub, hotel - Railway station 400rub

We accept cash (rubles) and credit cards Visa, Master Card.

We also provide a short stay (not more than 3 hours) with a special rate “Bonne Chance”

• Standard Single room 2100rub, breakfast is not included
• Standard double room 2400rub, breakfast is not included
